Greg

Wests Archive would like to thank Greg Rose and his wife for generously contributing their time and information in the preparation of this profile.

Greg Rose grew up in Sydney’s western suburbs and played his early rugby league with the Granville Diggers Club. It wasn’t long before his talents were recognised and he was selected for Wests junior representative teams.

He was graded with Wests in 1970 and played with the Club for three seasons. Greg continued to play senior rugby league in the Illawarra and in the Group Six competition.
