Pat

Pat Thomas was born at Forbes, NSW in the early 1940’s. His family moved to the town of Orange in NSW before coming to Sydney in the early 1960’s. Pat was recorded living at Sydney’s northern beaches when he was graded with Wests in 1963. As a half back, players such as Arthur Summons and Don Malone were ahead of him at Wests. Pat played mostly Third Grade in his debut year.  However with the great players at Wests in those years he was in a position to learn and further his game.
