Warden

Ward Prentice had a long and distinguished career in rugby union before playing rugby league with Wests in 1920. However his stint in rugby league lasted only the one season, as he was reinstated by the NSW Rugby union in March 1921 when he rejoined the Western Suburbs Rugby Union Club.  Ward is the brother of Wests players Clarrie and Arch Prentice.
