Pat

Wests Archive would like to thank Pat Hundy for generously contributing his time and information in the preparation of this profile.

Pat Hundy spent his early years in the Sydney suburb of Strathfield before moving to Ermington in the late 1950’s.

He was educated at St Patricks Dundas and it was there that he first played rugby league. By his early teens, Pat went across to play with the Homebush Tigers junior rugby league club.

Homebush won more than their share of premierships while Pat was there, with an undefeated run in 1969. Pat played with Homebush for four seasons and from there he caught the attention of the junior representative selectors.
