Lionel Frappell was a Wests junior who played for the Enfield Federals Club in 1931. He was a member of the Enfield Federals team that won the Western Suburbs A Grade knock-out that year.
He was selected to represent the Western Suburbs A Grade Inter District team in 1931. Lionel trialled with Wests as an 18 year old in 1931 but was not graded until the following year.
