Wests player #95 was listed as V West in the Heritage list of First Grade players as well as the Rugby League Project. This list also shows player #130 as L West. L West does not appear in the Rugby League Project. Subsequent searches have established that Leslie West, the brother of Henry West also played First Grade with Wests.
There has been some family research undertaken on V West but his is a complicated story and the name Vivian attributed to him is not his birth name although he used that name during his lifetime.
