Harry

The Tisdales were a well known rugby league family in the Western Suburbs of Sydney and around the State. There were four brothers, Henry (Harry), Norman, William and Oswald (Jack) who all played with Wests.

Harry played one First Grade game in 1927. William and Norman played Third Grade in 1928 and 1929, respectively. Jack Tisdale played from 1937 until 1940 making twelve appearances in First Grade.

Harry Tisdale played with the Granville Royals Club in 1926 and was selected for the Western Districts Combined A Grade (Inter District) team that year. Harry played with  Wests in 1927 and only had the one season with the Club. He however did have a long association as a player and coach with teams in the Southern Districts junior league.
