Alexander

Alexander Halling played junior rugby union in the Western Suburbs District. He made his way up through the rugby union ranks and played First Grade in 1905. When rugby league established in 1908, Alexander and a few of his mates joined up with the Cumberland club.

The following year he came across to Wests after the Cumberland team folded. Alexander was a tall lanky centre who was referred to by the name of ”Sticko”.
