Herb

Herb Haar was born at The Rock south of Wagga Wagga, NSW. It was in this district that he played his junior rugby league.

The earliest record of him playing senior rugby league was at the nearby town of Henty. He soon moved on to play with the Wagga Wagga Waratahs and then on to Leeton where he gained representative honours.
